We created a knowledge visualization system for the School of Social Work FHNW to illustrate key concepts of group dynamics, based on research by Prof. Olaf Geramanis. His analysis focused on social dynamics in the workplace, observing people as individuals, in groups, and within organizations. We developed a distinct visual language using isometric illustrations to depict these three levels. The system guides viewers from micro to macro perspectives, revealing spatial relationships and social roles. The visualizations proved so insightful that parts of the book were revised as a result.
