The Lonza AG asked us to visualize their «Gene to Patient» process. We realized that the potential of a big picture visualization allows for a much clearer picture to streamline and redesign production processes and structures. Building a transparent and clear structure with a lean and efficient hierarchy enables a clear and focused business strategy across all departments. Wording, group structure, positioning of larger elements - down to individual elements as part of the overall context - were key criteria in the development process of the information architecture design.
